Precious Stones

I've lost a number of teeth since the young age of 16 due to sports accidents. The various prosthetics I've received over the years are like little sculptures in their own right, and precious like jewels, made in valuable materials like silver, gold, platinum, and ceramic re-enforced with diamond dust. I've made a few sculptures with them.

Bellow: “Silver Crown” a helmet made out of a bandsaw blade, a long strip of sharp teeth for cutting into metal and wood, with my silver crown (made by unknown artist) welded into the middle as a symbol of power and wealth. I hoped the ferocity of the many bandsaw teeth would strengthen the crown’s metaphorical power and protect my hear from losing any more due to falls while doing stunts. Made in 2008
